Terms and Conditions

All charges are billed to the client's credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. Accurate will accept all major credit cards, corporate or personal checks, or cash. To open an account with Accurate, please contact our corporate sales & marketing department.

Client Directed Service

One half hour of travel time is charged for sedans, limousines and vans and is added to their respective two or three hour minimums. One hour of travel time is charged for mini and full size bus services and is added to their respective three and four hour minimums

Cancellations

Accurate understands that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. In the Delaware Valley metropolitan region, we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to one hour before the scheduled pick-up time on all vehicles except buses. All buses will have a four-hour cancellation policy. Worldwide cancellations require a two-hour notice, unless otherwise specified.

For Point-to-Point Service, a fee equal to the fare, and the appropriate chauffeur gratuity, will be charged. For Client Directed Service, a fee equal to 2 hours of service and chauffeur gratuity will be charged.

No Shows

For Point-to-Point Service, a fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.

For Client Directed Service, a fee equal to 2 hours of service and appropriate gratuity will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
